Olivier Milla Armstrong (オリヴィエ・ミラ・アームストロング, Orivie Mira Āmusutorongu)
Olivier is a woman with an average build and height. She has pale skin and blue eyes. She has long blonde hair, reaching down her back. On the front, one of the bangs was grown long enough to reach down to her chest. She wears the typical Armestris State Military uniform, with long coattails. She also carries a saber with her. Over top the uniform, she wears a black jacket with a fur collar.
Olivier is a no-nonsense leader who commands her troops with an iron will. She strongly embodies "survival of the fittest." She has trained her soldiers to fight on even without her presence, and even if she dies. This makes her come across as cold towards others, and those unfamiliar with how she leads are made uncomfortable. She is also very harsh on punishments, arresting the Elrics, despite them being allies to her, because they weren't telling her the whole truth. She also appears to not enjoy being in the company of Alchemists, viewing the principles on which they operate as unnecessary. She despises cowardice, and that dislike extends to her brother, viewing him as a weakling for his breakdown in the Ishval Civil War.
Despite this, she is a very capable leader, inspiring loyalty from her soldiers through her devotion to her position and strength as a fighter. Also, beneath this cold exterior is a more sympathetic side. She does understand her own limits and is aware that she needs other people to make up for these. She proves to be a very valuable ally in the final push to destroy the Homunculus, willing to kill her fellow soldiers for putting Armestris in danger. She also recognizes the talents of her men, and views their deaths as necessary to succeed.
